Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products are handcrafted to order, which means each piece is custom-made with care and attention. Because of this, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.

Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily repair, replace, or refund the item as required.

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and any packaging damage

 Change of Mind

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or incorrect selection.

Please double-check all measurements and order details before confirming your purchase.

 Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other cases (if applicable), the customer is responsible for return postage.
